MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide a venue in which the youth are given opportunity to become exposed and empowered to create and produce effective youth ministry.

VISION STATEMENT:
Building, investing, and sharpening abilities, skills, and talents that may propel anointed youth into long-term spiritual leadership.

OBJECTIVES:
• To develop spiritual leadership.
• To allow youth to experience and learn church decorum and protocol (government).
• To keep youth ministry relevant, effective, and spiritually enriching.
• To promote a bond of unity with Church of God in Christ, Inc. (COGIC) youth worldwide.
• To provide continual cohesion between youth and youth leadership.
• To provide youth with a viable voice where youth needs can always be immediately addressed.
• To build an infrastructure that will allow youth the opportunity to complete projects that will assist them in becoming leaders who can be accountable, responsible and work in a team environment.
• To introduce and expose youth to cultural diversity and global ministry.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY:
1. There is a limit of two applicants per Jurisdiction.
2. Each party that is interested in running for office must complete an application and submit it by May 1.
3. Letter from Pastor is required.
4. Signatures of Jurisdictional President and Chairlady are required.
5. Signature of Parents is required if under age 18.
6. Letter of Recommendation from school (high school or college) is required.
7. Include evidence of school and/or community involvement.
8. Must be a high school student or graduate.
